About the Role:

We’re seeking a motivated, loving, and energetic Floater Teacher to join our team! This position works with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years across the entire center. As a floater, you’ll move between classrooms to support teachers and help maintain a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment. You’ll play a vital role in assisting with daily routines, engaging children in activities, and providing coverage when needed — helping ensure each classroom runs smoothly.

• A passion for working with children and helping them learn through play and exploration
• A positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to work with multiple age groups throughout the day
• Prior childcare experience preferred
• Ability to maintain a calm, patient, and caring demeanor in a busy environment

Position Details:

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 12:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
(No nights or weekends!)
