Role Overview

Blair Flowers is seeking a creative, energetic, and experienced Florist to join our team on a flexible basis. You will be responsible for crafting stunning floral arrangements, maintaining our high brand standards, and providing exceptional service to our luxury clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Artistry: Create a wide range of floral designs, including bouquets, boxed arrangements, and event-specific pieces.
• Conditioning & Care: Handle daily flower processing, including trimming, hydrating, and managing stock in the cold room to ensure maximum freshness.
• Shop Management: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing shop floor.
• Customer Service: Assist walk-in customers and handle phone/WhatsApp inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Order Fulfillment: Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and ready for timely delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional floristry experience (Dubai experience preferred).
• Design Eye: Strong understanding of color theory, texture, and modern floral trends.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in various arrangement styles (hand-tied, oasis, etc.).
• Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and maintain high quality during busy periods or holiday rushes.
• Communication: Fluent in English; strong communication skills for team coordination and customer interaction.
