Creative Studio Team (Camera Operators, Audio Engineers, Marketing & Content Creators)

Asha Cori Creative Studios is a rapidly growing film and media production studio based in Polk County, Florida. We specialize in high-quality film production, music content, podcasts, interviews, commercials, and creative media experiences.

Our mission is to build one of the most impactful creative spaces in Central Florida — empowering filmmakers, musicians, entrepreneurs, and the community through high-level production and storytelling.

We Are Hiring (Multiple Positions):

We are looking for motivated individuals for the following roles:

Camera Operators / Videographers

• Operate cinema cameras (Sony, RED, Blackmagic, etc.)
• Set up shots, framing, and basic lighting
• Assist with live shoots, interviews, podcasts, and film productions

Audio Engineers / Sound Technicians

• Set up and manage microphones, audio interfaces, and recording equipment
• Monitor sound during recordings (podcasts, music, film dialogue)
• Ensure clean, professional audio quality

Marketing & Content Creators (HIGH PRIORITY)

• Create and post content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Develop marketing strategies to grow brand awareness
• Capture behind-the-scenes content and promotional material
• Run ads and assist with audience growth

Production Assistants (Entry-Level Welcome)

• Assist with setup, breakdown, and organization of shoots
• Support camera, lighting, and audio teams
• Help maintain studio cleanliness and readiness

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for film, media, music, or content creation
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced creative environment
• Basic experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level roles
• Strong communication and positive attitude

Compensation:

• Pay varies based on role and experience
• Entry-level / assistants: $12–$18/hr
• Skilled roles (camera/audio): $100–$300 per project/day
• Marketing roles: Hourly or performance-based opportunities
