Part-Time Front Desk & Aesthetic Assistant

Live Oak Med Spa is seeking a polished, customer-focused team member to join our practice in a part-time role (20–25 hours per week). This position is ideal for someone with aesthetician training or experience who enjoys both front-of-house client interaction and supporting clinical services.

You will serve as one of the first points of contact for our clients while also assisting providers and stepping into the treatment room when needed. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and passion for aesthetics will help create a seamless, elevated experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Client Experience

• Greet and welcome clients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
• Assist with check-in/check-out and process payments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
• Answer client questions regarding services, products, and memberships
• Ensure a smooth and elevated client experience from arrival to departure

Clinical & Back Office Support

• Assist providers with room setup, turnover, and treatment flow
• Support daily operations including stocking, inventory, and organization
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of treatment areas
• Step into the treatment room as an aesthetician when needed
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and compliance protocols

Requirements

• Aesthetician education and/or hands-on experience required
• Previous experience in a medical spa, aesthetic practice, or healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor
• Basic computer proficiency (scheduling systems, email, Microsoft Office)
• Team-oriented with a willingness to support where needed

Schedule

• Part-time: 20–25 hours per week
• Must have flexibility within business hours:
• Sunday: Closed
• Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM
