Part-time Front Desk Agent

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is a fast learner, enjoys interacting with people, and thrives in a dynamic environment. No prior hotel experience is required, but strong customer service experience is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in experience
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and assistance to callers
  • Handle guest requests efficiently, including room changes, concierge services, and special accommodations
  • Maintain accurate guest records and process reservations using hotel management software
  • Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure data integrity
  • Provide exceptional guest services by addressing concerns promptly and courteously, enhancing overall satisfaction
  • Support hotel operations by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as needed
