Position: Part-Time Front Desk Associate Hours: Saturdays 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (additional weekday shifts may be available)

Job Description: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, multitasking, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and check them in for appointments.
• Schedule and confirm appointments using our booking software.
• Handle phone calls, answer inquiries, and provide information about our services.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with light administrative tasks and ensure the reception area remains tidy and presentable.

Requirements:

• Availability to work weekdays, including evenings 2:00-7:00 PM. Availability to work Saturdays from 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM. Subject to change based on office need.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role; or wellness environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage a busy front desk efficiently.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
