Part Time Front Desk (Onsite)

We are currently recruiting a part time Community Manager with impeccable customer service skills, and a high level of motivation willing to grow with us as we expand our brand. The selected candidate will work closely with the location's Membership Director in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Office Administration.
• Client Support and onboarding.
• Managing and planning monthly community events.
• Inventory Management.
• Workspace Management.
• Providing tours with prospective leads.
• Vendor management.
• Mailing System Management.
• Providing administrative support to the Membership Director.

The selected candidate must have computer skills; must be dedicated, punctual, proactive, and highly organized. Strong communication skills are required. The candidate must be fluent in English (2nd language is always a plus).

Experience in the hospitality, or customer service industries preferred.
