Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist

Our 47,000-square-foot Scottsdale facility features private club spaces, climate-controlled storage, and a dedicated team that caters to the needs of members and their collectible automobiles.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a polished, reliable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for members, clients, and guests. This role is essential to creating a welcoming and professional experience while supporting daily office operations. This role will assist in creating thoughtful interactions with members by supporting on-site staff with membership concierge and outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests with a professional, luxury-level presence
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Receive deliveries and manage incoming/outgoing mail
• Maintain an immaculate front desk and lounge environment
• Manage filing, data entry, and membership records
• Support the Managing Director with administrative tasks
• Assist with event outreach and RSVPs

Qualifications:

• Prior receptionist, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Professional appearance and exceptional interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with Google Suite and basic office systems
• Ability to multitask in a polished, fast-paced environment
• Automotive interest is a plus
