Part Time Front Studio Host / Art Studio Assistant

Studio Host & Assistant – Nushi Art House

We are a boutique pottery and art studio looking for a reliable, high-quality team member to support daily operations and create a great customer experience.

This role is primarily front-of-house:

• Greeting and guiding customers
• Explaining the studio process (paint-your-own pottery, basic ceramics)
• Helping guests choose pieces and activities
• Keeping the studio clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Supporting sessions and assisting guests when needed
• Handling basic POS and customer flow

Important: This is not just a passive role. You should be comfortable talking to customers, guiding them, and making recommendations.

Requirements (Must Have)

• Experience in ceramics, pottery and art/drawing
• Comfortable helping others with basic creative processes
• Good communication skills (you can explain and guide clearly)
• Responsible and organized

Nice to Have

• Customer service or sales experience
• Experience working with kids and adults
• Background in hospitality or studio environments

We are looking for someone calm, reliable, and proactive — not someone who waits to be told what to do.

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
