Duties

• Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and readiness for use
• Maintain cleanliness of all dining areas by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces regularly
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, supporting culinary staff in meal assembly and presentation
• Handle food handling responsibilities safely following health regulations to prevent contamination
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables in accordance with environmental standards
• Uphold all safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and food handling procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is highly desirable
• Familiarity with kitchen operations including bussing tables, basic food prep, or culinary tasks is a plus
• Strong understanding of cleaning practices within hospitality or food service settings
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting kitchen staff and servers
