Part Time & Full Time Restaurant Team Member

LINE COOK Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Vietnamese menu items including pho, rice bowls, noodles, and appetizers following house recipes
• Operate and manage assigned station (pho station, grill, or wok line) during service
• Maintain broth quality (taste, temperature, clarity) and portion proteins accurately
• Execute fast and consistent plating for dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.)
• Set up and restock station before and during shifts (herbs, sauces, proteins, noodles, garnishes)
• Follow strict food safety standards (temperature control, cross-contamination prevention, cleanliness)
• Keep station clean, organized, and efficient at all times during high-volume service
• Communicate clearly with team members and expeditor to ensure accurate and timely orders
• Assist with prep work (cutting meats, washing herbs, making sauces, portioning ingredients)
• Follow FIFO and proper labeling for all ingredients
• Support team members and contribute to a positive, team-first kitchen culture

LINE COOK Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience preferred (especially in Asian or high-volume restaurants)
• Basic understanding of cooking techniques and knife skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in taste and presentation
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to ~40 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn Vietnamese cooking techniques and follow house standards
• Flexible availability (weekends, evenings, holidays required)

CASHIER Responsibilities:

• Sanitize dining areas and ensure cleanliness and tidiness
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean, organized restaurant environment
• Perform basic math calculations for retail transactions
• Support kitchen staff with food preparation and other tasks as needed
• Wash dishes and ensure proper sanitation standards are met

CASHIER Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to uphold cleanliness standards
• Basic math skills for handling retail transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus
