Job Overview

Duties

• Assist with planting, pruning, watering, and fertilizing plants to promote healthy growth.
• Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and hoes efficiently and safely
• Use power tools including trimmers, blowers, and hedge cutters to shape and tidy landscapes
• Support irrigation system setup and maintenance to ensure proper watering schedules.
• Conduct landscape maintenance activities like mulching, weed control, and debris removal
• Follow safety protocols during all gardening activities to prevent accidents or injuries

Experience

• Prior experience in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is a must.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with lawn care techniques and farming practices is a plus
• Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools used in gardening or landscaping projects
• Understanding of growing environments including soil preparation and plant nutrition
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
