Part Time Graphic Designer

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Part Time Graphic Designer is responsible for the execution of design efforts in support of all marketing campaigns as well as ad hoc design support in partnership with all departments.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute design efforts in support of all marketing campaigns, including:
• Design of packaged goods
• Design of promotional materials
• Design of taproom menus
• Support marketing efforts including branding and promotion strategy, positioning, digital, public relations, media, retail, packaging, and experiential marketing
• Work closely with Sales Team to support materials requests
• Stay up to date on all relevant skill sets
• Provide ad hoc design support across departments
• Executes tasks efficiently and delivers high-quality work within set timelines
• Maintains focus and accountability to complete projects on schedule

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Efficient with time and project management
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant softwares
• Strong interest in the broader brewing industry and community; commitment to ongoing education and outreach via conferences, festivals, state, regional and national brewing events

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Able to work flexibly in multiple work environments including the Modist office, taproom, production brewery, off-site, and field locations
• Prioritizes safety and insists that team members follow safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe work environment for all employees

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
