PART TIME GROUNDSKEEPER

We are looking for a part-time groundskeeper person to join our maintenance team at our 268 unit apartment community located in beautiful Clifton Park and Senior Mobile Home Park.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following: general maintenance duties, move in preparations, ground work, and snow removal.

Must be hard-working and reliable.
Must be able to perform heavy lifting.
Must have a valid NYS drivers license and clean driving record.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm

Competitive compensation based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
