KRS Holdings, Inc. is seeking a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper to join our team at Soundview Townhomes in Newport News, VA. This is a part-time position, offering a great opportunity to grow your skills in property management and facilities upkeep.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Part-time, 10 hours per week
• Schedule: 8:30am to 10:30am

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of community grounds and common areas
• Remove trash and debris from the property and around dumpsters
• Perform basic landscaping tasks (sweeping, blowing, leaf removal, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Experience in grounds keeping, janitorial work, or general maintenance preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
