About the Role: We are seeking professional, customer-focused Concierge Associates to join our premium airport hospitality team at DFW Airport. This role supports travelers as well as VIP personnel, including airline premium passengers and chauffeur-driven guests, delivering a seamless, high-touch airport experience. As a Concierge Associate, you will play a key role in providing meet-and-greet services, assisting with airport navigation, and ensuring a smooth and memorable journey from curbside to gate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized meet-and-greet services for arriving and departing passengers
• Assist guests with luggage coordination and airport navigation
• Coordinate with airline partners, chauffeurs, and internal teams
• Escort passengers through check-in, security, and to lounges or gates
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with luxury hospitality standards
• Monitor flight updates and proactively assist with changes or delays

Requirements: Must be available to work five days per week for approximately five hours per day, with flexibility for occasional shift changes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service mindset (hospitality or airline experience preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to obtain and maintain airport security clearance (badging)
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in hospitality, aviation, or VIP services
• Multilingual skills are a plus
