part time handyman- on call

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to address jobsite warranty repairs. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of skills in maintenance and repair, with a strong focus on customer service. The Handy Man will be responsible for addressing maintenance requests, executing repairs, and providing exceptional service to our clients. The work will be as needed. Must be able to reply to request within 48 hours of notification

Duties

• Carry out residential routine projects to enhance the aesthetic appeal of properties.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Experience

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is required.
• Experience with customer service in a maintenance or repair context is essential.
• tile work, granite countertop installation, cabinet install and repair, glass shower door repair

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 2 per week
