Front Desk Agent – Holiday Inn Express Full Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and dependable Front Desk Agent to join our team at Holiday Inn Express. This position is responsible for welcoming guests, checking guests in and out, answering questions, and helping create a positive guest experience.

The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, enjoys working with people, and can provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel
  • Answer phone calls and assist guests with questions or requests
  • Handle reservations and payments
  • Assist with guest concerns in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to support guest needs
  • Follow hotel policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Previous hotel experience preferred but not required
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
