Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces according to established standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques.
• Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle janitorial tasks including waste removal, surface disinfection, and equipment maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for yourself and others.
• Assist with special cleaning projects like industrial cleaning or deep cleans as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly to uphold quality standards.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation.
• Familiarity with hospitality standards and guest service expectations.
• Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure high-quality cleanliness.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices and safety procedures.
