Part-Time Housekeeper & Dog Trainer: Private Residence (Isabela, PR)

We're hiring a reliable, detail-oriented person for a private residence in Isabela. This role has two main parts: training and caring for our dog, and general housekeeping. We're looking for someone confident and experienced with dogs who can also keep a home clean, organized, and running smoothly.

We value punctuality, discretion, and efficiency. This is a hands-on position for someone who follows instructions carefully, works independently, and consistently completes the day's tasks on time and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

Dog Training & Care (top priority)

• Train our dog and reinforce consistent commands and good behavior
• Daily walking, feeding, and general care
• Maintain a steady routine day to day

Housekeeping

• General cleaning: kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting, tidying
• Laundry as needed
• Maintain organization throughout the house

Errands & Vehicle Care

• Mail pickup and small household errands
• Light vehicle interior cleanup and exterior washing when requested

Requirements

• Genuine experience training and handling dogs — please describe this in your application
• Prior experience cleaning private homes preferred
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must speak English
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Able to pass a background check
• Takes initiative; works independently without micromanagement
• Organized, dependable, punctual
• Physically able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Interested in a long-term position

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday, 5 hours per day
• Consistent weekly schedule; start time flexible but set
• $10.50/hour
