Job Description
Dispatch and coordinate service calls to technicians and installers using dispatch software.
Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and efficient manner while delivering amazing customer service.
Effectively manage assigned customer account(s).
Communicate effectively with vendors and staff using available channels.
Monitor and respond to customer emails promptly and accurately.
Provide excellent customer service and deescalate issues with customers.
Maximize and efficiently schedule technicians.
Create smart and efficient routes for technicians.
Pull permits when needed.
Coordinate install tasks, and schedule installations when needed
Order parts needed for service jobs and new installs.
Multi-task and complete all assigned tasks.
Required Skills and Work Experience
Must be experienced in each area of the job description.
Must have some knowledge of a dispatch or scheduling software.
Must have great computer skills and knowledge of Excel, Word, Email, and Text messages.
Experience using Housecall Pro would be great but not required.
Experience in a commercial HVAC company is a plus.
Must pay great attention to details.
Must be great at multitasking whilst delivering quality work.
Must be comfortable dealing with customer issues, concerns and be a natural problem solver.
Must be a team player and arrive to work on time.
Must speak clearly and know proper phone etiquette.
Must have dispatch experience with a service company.
Must have administrative experience.
Must be able to multi-task and perform well under pressure.
Must be very organized.
Must know how to create routes for technicians.
Must have knowledge of Atlanta and all surrounding counties.
Must complete assessments to be considered for this role.
