Part Time HVAC Instructor

Hands On HVAC School is an HVAC vocational school in West Palm, FL. Classes are offered in the evenings from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our instructor team for our Saturday classes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years HVAC experience and possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment, including logic controllers and plumbing systems.
• Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure systems operate efficiently and comply with OSHA standards.

Experience

• at least 4 years experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
• Experience teaching/training is a plus.
