Part-Time HVAC-R Instructor – Kissimmee

Cruz Institute is seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Part-Time HVAC-R Instructor to teach courses in air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating at our Kissimmee location. We provide hands-on, career-focused training, and we are looking for an instructor who is passionate about sharing their expertise with the next generation of HVAC professionals.

Schedule

• Morning and evening shifts available
• Monday through Saturday
• Part-time position with flexible scheduling options

Minimum Qualifications

• Five (5) years of occupational experience in air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
• Experience must include installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems, as well as commercial refrigeration
• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Training and development experience, required

Responsibilities

• Teach and supervise students in HVAC-R theory and hands-on lab environments
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to students
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom/lab environment
• Ensure instructional materials and activities align with program goals
• Assess student progress and maintain accurate records

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
