Responsibilities

• Assist dental hygienists during patient procedures by preparing treatment rooms and taking x-rays.
• Take dental X-rays, ensuring proper positioning and safety protocols are followed
• Prepare and sterilize dental tools and equipment in accordance with aseptic techniques and infection control standards
• Maintain organized medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a dental clinic environment or as a dental assistant is preferred NOT REQUIRED
• Knowledge of EMR systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Epic is highly desirable
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols is essential
• Ability to take high-quality X-rays and operate medical imaging equipment safely
• Excellent communication skills as a dental receptionist or front desk support are beneficial for patient interactions

Part-time Position Open Tuesdays and Thursdays From 845 AM - 530 PM
