Part-Time IB Business Management Teacher (8-12 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

· Plan and deliver engaging IB Business Management lessons in line with current IB Diploma Programme requirements

· Teach core topics such as business organization, human resources, finance, marketing, and operations management

· Guide students through Internal Assessment (IA), including research, data analysis, and report writing

· Develop students’ analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills using real-world business contexts

· Prepare students effectively for IB examinations and external assessments

· Provide continuous formative feedback and maintain accurate assessment records

· Foster inquiry-based learning and encourage independent thinking

· Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities

· Conduct parent-teacher conferences

· Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning practices

Requirements:

· Degree in Business Management, Economics, Business Education, or a related field

· Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience

· Experience teaching IB Business Management is highly desirable

· Strong understanding of inquiry-based learning and IB assessment criteria

· Excellent command of English (spoken and written)

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· High level of responsibility and resilience under pressure

· Proficiency in IT and digital teaching tools

· Experience with online or blended learning environments

· Knowledge of German is an advantage

· Willingness to engage in continuous professional development
