Part-Time Immigration Attorney (Remote / Flexible)

Burt & Ngo, P.C. is seeking a sharp, motivated part-time, independent contractor, attorney to assist with our growing immigration litigation and removal defense practice. We represent individuals in detention, federal habeas proceedings, bond hearings, cancellation cases, asylum matters, and complex removal defense across multiple jurisdictions.
This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys litigation, writing, strategy, and meaningful client impact.

About Our Practice
We focus heavily on deportation defense, detention advocacy, bond litigation, cancellation of removal, asylum, and federal habeas work. We handle high-stakes cases involving long-term residents, criminal bars, and urgent detention matters.
