EB5 Investors is seeking a part-time, in-house Controller with strong HR experience to support our financial operations and internal processes at our Irvine, California office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations
• Prepare and analyze P&L statements, forecasts, and financial reports
• Support budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning
• Coordinate payroll, contractor payments, and expense tracking
• Manage and support HR-related functions, including onboarding, contractor agreements, and internal documentation
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with internal procedures
• Work closely with management on financial insights and operational support

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Controller and/or in HR-related roles
• Strong experience with financial forecasting and P&L analysis
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (required).
• experience with other accounting tools is a plusHighly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Ability to work independently in an in-house, collaborative environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
