Social Media and Content Marketing Creator (Part Time, In-House, Paid)

Position Overview
The Social Media and Content Marketing Creator of Bebēda and Project Ramen is responsible for executing the content strategy that is built to bring brand awareness, increase engagement, and strengthen loyalty. This role is hands on, creative, data driven, and requires a passion for growing the brand digital presence across all platforms.
The ideal candidate is energetic, curious, and enthusiastic about the intersection of food, culture, and digital media- someone eager to learn, contribute, and make an impact every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging photo, video, and written content tailored for each social platform
- Assist in developing and executing monthly social media calendars, campaigns, and collaborations
- Capture and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes footage)
- Brainstorm and pitch new creative ideas to keep the brand’s content fresh and on-trend
- Monitor engagement metrics and use insights to improve content performance
- Support events, pop-ups, or product launches with real-time content capturing and posting
- Stay current on emerging social trends, meme culture, and competitor strategies
- Work collaboratively with ownership to align content with brand tone and goals
Qualifications and Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices
- Basic photography and videography skills (comfortable shooting and editing on phone or camera)
- Excellent written communication and storytelling ability
- Positive attitude, open to feedback and comfortable adjusting direction when needed
- Ability to bring new ideas to the table while maintaining brand consistency
- Reliable, self-motivated, and excited to contribute daily to a growing brand

Compensation and Hours
- Part time to optional Full time in-house internship
- $14 an hour
