Part-Time In-Office Telemarketing Representative

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and professional Part-Time Telemarketing Sales Representative to join our local team. This in-office role is perfect for a self-starter who excels at high-volume phone outreach and building immediate rapport with potential clients. You will work from our Lake Elsinore office to generate and qualify leads, supporting our overall sales growth during Day shifts approx. 9am-2pm.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Outbound Calling: Make 50–100+ outbound cold calls per shift to prospective customers from provided lead lists.
• Lead Qualification: Engage in meaningful conversations to identify customer needs and determine if they are a qualified lead.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule follow-up meetings or consultations for the senior sales team.
• Script Adaptation: Use and adapt provided sales scripts to handle objections professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
• CRM Accuracy: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all calls, conversations, and lead statuses in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot).

• Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, retail, or customer service is preferred but not always required for entry-level applicants.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
