Part-Time Infection Prevention (IP) Nurse

Thrive Behavioral Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented Infection Prevention Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about patient safety and driving best practices in infection control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee infection prevention protocols and ensure regulatory compliance
• Conduct surveillance, reporting, and staff education related to infection control
• Collaborate with department leaders to maintain a safe, sanitary environment
• Lead outbreak response and root cause investigations as needed
• Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Active RN or LPN license in Nevada
• Infection Prevention or related clinical experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of CDC, OSHA, and state-specific guidelines
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with teams
