What you’ll do
- Enter and update data in databases with precision and efficiency.
- Perform data entry tasks including order entry and account updates.
- Collect, organize, and file documents to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in administrative tasks by providing clerical support to management, sales and other departments as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Answer phones and great guests with a smile.
Basic qualifications
- Proficient computer skills with a strong focus on data entry accuracy.
- Basic math skills for handling numerical data effectively.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous office or clerical experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with filing systems and organizational techniques.
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry and reporting.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
