IT Intern — Salesforce Support

Reich & Binstock LLP is seeking a motivated IT Intern with Salesforce experience to assist with technology support, Salesforce administration, data cleanup, reporting, and system implementation projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is studying information technology, computer science, business systems, data analytics, or a related field and wants hands-on experience in a professional office environment.

Position Overview

The IT Intern will work with our operations and management team to support day-to-day technology needs, assist with Salesforce-related projects, and help improve internal systems and workflows. This role requires someone who is organized, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new software quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Salesforce data entry, cleanup, updates, and reporting
  • Help test Salesforce workflows, fields, automations, dashboards, and user permissions
  • Support the team during Salesforce implementation and system transition projects
  • Troubleshoot basic technology issues for staff, including login, hardware, software, printer, and application support
  • Help document internal processes, system instructions, and user guides
  • Assist with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, file organization, and folder cleanup
  • Help identify duplicate records, missing information, and data inconsistencies
  • Support basic reporting and spreadsheet projects
  • Assist with technology inventory, equipment setup, and user access updates
  • Work on special projects as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Current student or recent graduate in IT, computer science, information systems, data analytics, business technology, or a related field preferred
  • Salesforce experience required; Salesforce Admin coursework, Trailhead badges, or hands-on Salesforce use preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technology issues
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to assist staff
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Organized, dependable, and able to follow instructions

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce Admin knowledge
  • Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Salesforce data import/export experience
  • Microsoft 365 and SharePoint experience
  • Excel formulas, filtering, sorting, and data cleanup
  • Basic understanding of automations or workflows
  • Interest in AI tools, legal technology, or business systems

Schedule

Part-time and flexible schedule available. Hours may be adjusted around school schedule.

Compensation

Hourly pay based on experience.
