Established hospitality business seeks a dependable, practical part-time IT support professional to maintain daily technology operations for hotel, restaurant, and office environments.

This is an on-site, hands-on support role. It is not remote and not a software development position.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot computers, printers, POS systems, phones, TVs, and Wi-Fi
• Resolve front desk and office user issues
• Coordinate with internet, telecom, payment, and software vendors
• Basic network and device troubleshooting
• Install, replace, and configure hardware as needed
• Maintain organized equipment inventory and documentation
• Recommend practical improvements to reliability and efficiency
• Occasional urgent response for outages or critical issues

Preferred Experience:

• IT support, help desk, field service, MSP, hospitality tech, retail tech, or small business systems support
• Windows PCs, printers, routers, wireless networks, peripherals
• Strong troubleshooting mindset
• Ability to explain technical matters clearly to staff

Hours:

Flexible part-time schedule, generally 8–20 hours weekly, based on business needs and candidate availability.

Compensation:

$24.00 – $38.00 per hour depending on experience, capability, reliability, and availability.
