KABOB Cloud is a global provider of cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions for more than 500 customers ranging in size from McDonald’s, Sephora and Ikea to small mom and pop retail shops.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, self-starter to serve as a part-time IT & Operational Support Specialist to join our growing dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain & operational processes, ensuring efficient inventory management, and contributing to overall operational excellence. This position requires a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and the ability to leverage various systems for process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Configuration of computer systems to include installation of software, configuration of system settings, and testing prior to shipment to customer
- Negotiation with vendors of IT equipment and services.
- Manage and oversee supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of products and materials.
- Utilize systems for inventory management and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and supplier performance.
- Conduct regular analysis of supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
- Other duties as may be assigned from time-to-time.
Experience
- Proven experience in Information System Integrator‘s supply chain management or related fields.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ERP Systems, and other relevant systems is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of basic IT administration and troubleshooting skills preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Be able to speak in Chinese (Mandarin) to interface with Asia-based customers.
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
- Must have your own reliable transportation for periodic commuting to office/customer locations in Greater LA area
