Part-Time Kids' College Counselor

Job Overview
We are seeking energetic Part-Time Kids' College Counselors to join our educational team! In this role, you will inspire and guide young learners during our 3 week summer program. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's educational pathways.

Schedule: Monday-Friday

• Week 1: July 13-17, Grades 1-3
• Week 2: July 20-24, Grades 4-6
• Week 3: July 27-31, Grades 7 & Up

Duties

• Provide engaging academic and social support to children participating in the Kids' College summer camp program.
• Implement classroom management strategies that assist Kids' College teachers to create a safe, inclusive, and learning environment.
• Lead childcare activities between classes and during lunch to enrich student experiences.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed diligently.

Skills

• Strong classroom management skills to maintain discipline and foster a positive learning atmosphere.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages.
• Experience in working with children in various settings such as daycare, camp, tutoring, or babysitting.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
