Part-Time Kitchen & Bath Designer

We are looking for a talented, organized, and motivated individual to join our interior design + cabinetry showroom.

This position is ideal for someone who has experience in kitchen and bath design, enjoys working directly with clients, and thrives in a fast-paced, small business environment where every day looks a little different.

Responsibilities Include:

• Creating kitchen and bath designs using 2020 Design and CAD software
• Producing cabinetry drawings, layouts, and design presentations
• Assisting clients in our showroom with product selections and design solutions
• Managing multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Providing outstanding customer service and clear communication throughout the design process
• Supporting social media content creation and engagement
• Assisting with website updates and marketing initiatives
• Helping with general day-to-day business operations, administrative tasks, and occasional errands
• Collaborating closely with our design and installation team

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in CAD and/or 2020 Design software
• Experience in kitchen, bath, cabinetry, or interior design
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and pivot quickly when walk-in clients or unexpected priorities arise
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A keen eye for design, aesthetics, materials, and detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
