Part Time Landscape Draftsman/Designer and Estimator

Position Overview
We are hiring a Part-Time Landscape Draftsman/Project Estimator with strong technical design experience and a passion for creating functional, beautiful outdoor environments. Base pay PLUS COMMISION on projects sold.

Responsibilities

• Take on site consultations with clients and gather measurements
• Draft landscape designs and plans
• Produce estimates and project proposals
• Create to ready to build construction plans
• Review site measurements and integrate them into drawings
• Research materials, plants, and construction requirements
• Adjust designs based on client feedback and project needs

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in landscape drafting, design, or estimating required
• Proficiency with SketchUp or Equivalent digital design software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively
• Must be a good human with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Compensation
Pay and commission rate is based on market premiums, experience, and performance.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
