Part-Time Landscaping Crew Member (Experienced)

Overview
We’re looking to add 1–2 part-time crew members to our landscaping team at Keystone Property Services.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of landscaping or outdoor labor experience
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in heat
• Experience with tools (mowers, trimmers, grading, etc.)
• Spanish-speaking is a plus

Duties

• Assist with lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to keep lawns healthy and vibrant.
• Perform landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, shrubbery care, and garden bed upkeep.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects.
• Support hardscape installations like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other stone or concrete features.
• Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and basic tree health assessments.
• Maintain irrigation systems by installing, repairing, or adjusting sprinklers to ensure optimal watering schedules.
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access and clear pathways for clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscaping, lawn care, or related construction work is required.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators.
• Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant health, pruning techniques, and garden maintenance.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and follow safety protocols diligently.
• Basic understanding of irrigation systems and snow plowing equipment is a plus.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards maintenance tasks and project completion.
