Part-Time Lash Artist | Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist

The Lash Lab LA is hiring a part-time Lash Artist to join our growing team in Los Alamitos, CA.

We are looking for someone available Saturdays and Sundays, with the potential to add Mondays and grow into a full-time position as clientele increases.

This position is ideal for a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist who has a foundation in lash extensions and is looking to grow within an established beauty business. Extensive experience is not required, but applicants should be comfortable with the basics of lash extension application including isolation, fan making, placement, and sanitation.

Responsibilities:

• Perform lash extension services in a professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lash room and work area
• Provide a positive and comfortable client experience
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Be open to continued training, feedback, and growth

Requirements:

• Active California Esthetician or Cosmetology License
• Basic lash extension knowledge and application skills
• Reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and communication
• Motivated, coachable, and willing to grow with the business

Compensation:

• 50/50 commission split
• Estimated earning potential of approximately $200–500 per working day depending on bookings
• Clients, room, and supplies provided
