Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lash Technician to join our team on a part-time, commission-based basis. This role offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to grow with an expanding brand.

Responsibilities

• Perform lash services including classic, hybrid, and volume sets
• Conduct professional consultations and recommend services
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Encourage rebooking and promote studio services
• Follow all studio policies and safety standards

Requirements

• Valid esthetics or cosmetology license (per state requirements)
• Lash certification (classic required; volume preferred)
• Experience preferred, but motivated newer artists are welcome
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Professional, dependable, and client-focused
