Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Laundry Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all linens and garments are laundered to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their work, particularly within the hospitality industry.

Duties

• Launder and clean various types of linens, towels, and garments according to established protocols.
• Operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment efficiently and safely.
• Sort, fold, and organize clean laundry for easy distribution to hotel rooms or designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to management promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role, preferably within a hotel setting, is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific cleaning protocols.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items as necessary.
• Knowledge of proper laundering techniques for various fabrics is a plus.
