Responsibilities

- Collaborate with team members to design lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods
- Support children with special needs through early intervention techniques and individualized attention
- Oversee classroom management, ensuring safety protocols are followed and child welfare is prioritized
- Engage with children during play, tutoring sessions, and structured activities to enhance their developmental milestones
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's progress, behavior, and classroom events
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, including classroom management and lesson planning
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies
- Familiarity with special education practices, literacy education, and Montessori methodologies
- Ability to develop engaging curriculum content across subjects such as math, physical education, and childcare fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and connect with families
- Prior experience in private schools or daycare environments is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering a nurturing atmosphere
- Certification or coursework in early childhood education or related fields is advantageous
