Part-Time Leasing Consultant

Part-time Leasing Agent wanted for a great local apartment community! In this role, you’ll be the face of the property and the key connection between the management team and both current and prospective residents. We’re looking for someone friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused, with prior sales experience and a passion for providing excellent service.

You’ll support the property manager at one of Spanish Fork’s premier apartment communities. This is a part-time position with some weekday shifts, but primarily Saturdays, perfect for someone looking to get their foot in the door in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tour prospective residents through available apartment homes
• Prepare and process leases in accordance with property policies
• Collect application fees, security deposits, and rent payments
• Coordinate and communicate maintenance requests
• Keep residents informed of updates, changes, or community matters
• Follow up with prospective renters to close leases
• Build strong relationships with residents by providing personalized service

Requirements:

• Must pass a pre-employment/post-offer drug test and background check
