Responsibilities

• Greet prospective tenants warmly, provide detailed property tours, and answer questions about community amenities, lease terms, and application procedures.
• Assist applicants through the leasing process, including data entry into Yardi or OneSite property management systems, and prepare lease agreements and contracts accurately.
• Promote available units through upselling techniques while maintaining transparency about lease options, rent specials, and community features.
• Manage customer relationships by following up with leads via phone or email, maintaining a positive rapport to encourage lease signings.
• Support administrative tasks such as filing documents, maintaining tenant records, and updating property maintenance requests.
• Collaborate with property management staff to coordinate move-ins/outs, resolve conflicts professionally, and uphold high standards of customer service. Qualifications
• Previous experience in property leasing, real estate administration, or customer service is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and conflict management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate lease terms effectively while upholding ethical standards.
• Office experience involving data entry, filing, contracts management, and administrative support is essential.

Part time hours will need to fall between Monday through Friday 8 am and 5 pm. If an interview is scheduled, we can discuss your availabilty within those hours.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
