Part-Time Leasing Specialist

Mid-Ohio Development is seeking a part-time Leasing Specialist to join our Property Management team at our multi-family community, Shawnee Lakes in Lima, Ohio. Part-time hours will vary as needed, but are generally 24-32 hours/week. Some weekend hours required. We offer competitive wages and commissions.

Required Skills: General computer and MS Office knowledge Good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work alone
