Part-Time Legal Assistant – Case Manager

20–25 hours per week | $30,000–$35,000 annually ($28.85 - $33.65 hourly) | In-office | Fargo, ND

We are a plaintiff-oriented firm focusing on Social Security disability and personal injury. For more than four decades, we have been dedicated to representing hardworking individuals across North Dakota and Minnesota. We value professionalism, compassion, and detailed case preparation. In this role, you will be helping clients navigate the Social Security disability process from start to finish. This role focuses on filings, evidence management, and hearing preparation. Accuracy and organization are key.

What you’ll do

  • File initial applications and appeals
  • Request medical records and track deadlines
  • Maintain organized electronic exhibits and status updates
  • Prepare hearing documents and identify missing evidence
  • Draft standard forms and correspondence
  • Handle time-sensitive tasks with reliability
