We are a plaintiff-oriented firm focusing on Social Security disability and personal injury. For more than four decades, we have been dedicated to representing hardworking individuals across North Dakota and Minnesota. We value professionalism, compassion, and detailed case preparation. Our clients are navigating serious medical and financial challenges. We’re looking for someone who can be a steady, supportive first point of contact.

What you’ll do

  • Answer and return calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Conduct intake conversations and gather essential case details
  • Send, track, and collect new client paperwork
  • Set up and maintain electronic case files
  • Provide routine case updates with attorney guidance
  • Keep tasks organized and moving on time
