Duties

• Safely operate company vehicles, including trucks and trailers, to transport landscaping materials, tools, and equipment to multiple job sites
• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, planting, and irrigation setup using hand tools and power tools
• Support the installation of hardscape features like patios, walkways, and retaining walls by assisting with construction activities and operating relevant machinery such as excavators
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance with licensing requirements
• Aid in tree care activities including trimming, planting, and removal while adhering to safety protocols
• Contribute to snow plowing operations during winter months to keep sites accessible and safe
• Maintain detailed records of deliveries, work performed, and equipment used for project tracking and reporting

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a current landscape or construction-related license or certification (e.g., CDL or specialized landscaping license)
• Proven experience operating land-based construction equipment such as excavators or power tools used in landscaping projects
• Mechanical knowledge related to lawn care, irrigation systems, and garden maintenance
• Hands-on experience with landscaping tasks including mowing, tree trimming, gardening, and hardscape installation
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices like lawn care, horticulture principles, and snow plowing techniques
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
• Strong attention to detail combined with excellent teamwork skills for collaborative project execution
