We are looking for a Part-Time Licensed Esthetician to join our team!
This position is Part-Time with the potential to transition to Full-Time. Must be available Saturdays.

Vision:
Be the leading destination in Oregon for acne-prone individuals seeking effective, non medication-based treatments. Our aim is to provide personalized and long-term care through innovative treatments by addressing individual skin needs based on health, age, and unique concerns.

Mission:
Perform corrective treatments based on our unique protocols and be able to prescribe the correct treatment type and homecare for a diverse clientele. Maintain a 70% client retention and 50% prebook rate with clients and grow our esthetic services by 35% by the end of 2026.

Treatments:
We offer Advanced Acne Treatments, Diamond Glow, Microdermabrasion, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, LED light therapy, and Skin Consultations at our skin care clinic.

Skincare Lines:
We use Face Reality, SkinBetter Science, iS Clinical, Glymed, Mixi, Hydrinity, Epionce, SkinCeuticals, Anfisa, Colorescience, Michele Corley.

Job Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Assess clients skin and prescribe proper treatments and home care
• Perform acne treatments, customized facials and advanced skincare treatments
• Educate clients on treatment plans, aftercare, and product usage
• Help promote products and services
• Sell 50% product to service ratio per day
• Meet individual performance goals
• Chart client notes appropriately in system
• Document pictures of every client before treatment in their file
• Service up to 5 clients per day
• Must be comfortable with Social media - required to create Instagram stories and reels to share your knowledge/tips with our clientele
• Must sanitize and clean facial room to standard between every client and our deep cleaning protocol at the end of every day
• Restock and prepare your room at the end of every shift
• When there are not clients, help front desk team, clean common areas or organize treatment rooms
• Take Continuing Education classes provided by the company which may include online programs, in person events and/or on-site trainings
• Participate in team meetings
• Use iPads and/or computers with ease
• Assist with front desk duties and answer phone in a clear professional manner when necessary
• Be able to lift 15 pounds

Competencies:

Experience- 1 year esthetics required.

Social Media - Must be comfortable sharing your knowledge and creating weekly reels and stories on Instagram.

• Competitive Base Pay: Earn between $20 and $23 per hour, plus tips, commissions and opportunities to earn bonuses.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
