About Us

Generations Wellness Center is a medical wellness practice in Cary, NC, specializing in advanced Fotona laser technology and therapeutic treatments. Beyond traditional aesthetics, we offer a full spectrum of medical and wellness solutions — from non-surgical facelifts and skin rejuvenation to vascular and pigmented lesion treatment, vaginal health, erectile dysfunction therapy, snoring treatments, hair growth, and body sculpting. We also utilize advanced modalities like our Fotona Starformer electromagnetic chair for muscle stimulation and pelvic floor treatment, Lumenis TriLIft 2.0 for face and body muscle rejuvenation, ADVAtx laser treatments for pigment issues and general skin health, as well as Ballancer Pro sessions for lymphatic drainage and detoxification. We're a small, growing medical wellness practice with a competent, collaborative team and a deeply satisfied patient base. We're actively expanding to meet the growing demand for integrated medical aesthetics and wellness care.

The Opportunity

Our schedules are filling as we expand our practice. We're seeking a Licensed Esthetician to help manage growing client demand and support our continued growth. This is a part-time position offering flexibility, exposure to cutting-edge technology, and the chance to be part of an expanding medical wellness team.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform advanced skincare treatments using state-of-the-art aesthetic equipment, including:
• Lumenis TriLift 2.0
• Lumenis Geneo
• HydraFacial
• ADVAtx Laser (for candidates with prior laser experience)
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Recommend and retail professional skincare products from SkinCeuticals, Alastin, and Obagi; document client purchases and interests for future recommendations
• Prep and maintain treatment rooms between clients, maintaining strict sanitation standards and sterilizing equipment after each service
• Adhere to all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines for equipment use
• Document all treatment notes in the client's chart
• Educate clients about our full range of aesthetic and medical services during consultations and treatments to facilitate referrals to our advanced procedures
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends, techniques, and product innovations to continually elevate service quality

Requirements

• Active North Carolina Esthetician License (required)
• Experience with advanced aesthetic devices preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable recommending and retailing skincare products
• Professional, collaborative approach to teamwork
• Willingness to learn about and share knowledge of our full range of medical and aesthetic offerings

Compensation & Scheduling

This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The number of hours per week will vary based on your availability and client demand. You'll provide your available hours each month in advance, and we'll schedule clients during those windows. Compensation is $25–$30 per patient procedure, based on experience level.
